Hello, my name is Kristi Sanders, I am a competitive bodybuilder. I plan on competing regionally for a few
shows to get really smooth. It can be hard to prepare for a show since my job requires me to travel, however...practice makes
perfect!!

What's New?
I am now moving across the US, and currently am in MInneapolis, then
over to Clearwater Florida, and ewill be on the road till October!! Wow, so much travelling.
We had so many changes as we grew, its was such a rocket ride.
The gym grew and grew and eventually moved to a new building, and did quite well till we closed it down, so for now Olympus
Gym is not open at the moment.
Some of the highlights of the gym was that it worked with Trillium Charter School and had grades 3-4-5 in for physical Fitness
and exercise all year, so that is one of the many community actins we have undertaken.
Well have a good day, and I will update these pages again, and hopefully get the millions of photos I have posted from
all over the US, Canada, Bahamas, etc.!! LOL, that is always my goal!!!
